SPMI Capital is a natural expansion of the SPMI platform to access executive level understanding and access to capital.  Having our Capital Markets division provide its services to other owners is a winning solution for everyone.   We are able to build deeper and stronger relationships with capital sources with increased volume of transactions among industry owners.  At the same time, SPMI provides SPMI Capital with organization strength and resources and access constant exposure to industry operations.. 

The current lending market definitely presents challenges in dealing with lenders, not only in the rates and terms being offered, but in their underwriting parameters as well.  Having professionals that have weathered previous market cycles is invaluable. We have always maintained excellent and open relationships with our lenders and will continue to do so, with much assistance and leadership from Neal Gussis, our Executive Director at SPMI Capital.  Our Capital Markets group are always looking and open to expanding our lender base and will continue to seek new lenders when seeking future financing.
